“Amazing place!”
We stayed at Campanella 3 for four nights and Ivan made us feel at home the moment we met him. He gave us a map with detailed directions and invaluable tips which really made our stay very comfortable. The room is great, very spacious, the decor is very artfully done and the kitchen has everything you need. One big plus is that the room as well as the bathroom is absolutely spic and span. Ivan seems to have very meticulously taken care of everything one needs (or may need) and that’s why you feel at home staying at this place.
Ivan himself being such a wonderful host makes this place even more charming. He was always a WhatsApp message away whenever we had any doubts. We really look forward to visiting Rome again and staying at Campanella 3!

From the moment we booked our stay at Campanella3, Ivan was extremely responsive on whatsapp.
He arranged our transfer to & from the airport. We arrived for check in quite late at night & he was there to greet us & offer advice on Rome.
The apartment is excellently located, only 10-15 minutes walk from the Vatican & is decorated to an exceptionally high standard. It’s also spotlessly clean, a maid cleans every day.
Every detail is covered to make your stay most comfortable (even down to having several umbrellas for use by guests, in case of rain)
We would most definitely stay here again.

“A hidden gem near the Vatican”
This is an absolutely charming little apartment. It is very cozy and comfortable. What is most striking about the place is how clean, neat and organized everything is. The Vatican is just a 5 minute walk away and all the other attractions of Rome are either close-by or a short metro trip away. The metro is just a 2 minute walk. Everything you need is just around the corner – cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, the shopping street, flowers !!!, you name it. This e review is not complete if we don’t write something about our wonderful host, Ivan. He was so helpful in everything we wanted done. From maps to eating tips to how to make the best Italian cup of coffee. He checked on us all the time and made sure that we were ell looked after and pampered. He even looked after our extra luggage while we were away sightseeing in Florence and Milan. We will be back here for sure!

“Great place to stay in Rome…”
We came to Rome for our 12th anniversary and had a great stay in Campanella 3. Ivan truly was a fantastic host – he arranged a transfer from the airport to the apartment and was waiting for us when we arrived. He gave us excellent advice about the city & restaurant recommendations in the area (none of which disappointed!) our room was very clean and comfortable (albeit not very big) & had a good quality shower in the bathroom. The little shared kitchen is very well equipped if you want to self cater – like other reviewers however, the style of breakfast provided was not to our taste, but going out to various little cafes for fresh croissants etc wasn’t exactly a hardship….. All in all we would definitely recommend this wee spot!

“Perfect First Trip to Rome”
The location allows you to feel what life is like in a Roman neighborhood vs. the tourist areas yet is walk-able to many sites and the underground. Ivan provided us with excellent restaurant recommendations and even arranged a car to pick us up and take us to the airport! Half our group was staying in a different B&B the first night, and Ivan was so kind to even drive them to their location with baggage and all! We’ll be back for sure!

“Extraordinary Place :-)”
We were pleasantly surprised by the great service provided by Ivan & Antonella of Campanella3. Ivan texted us when we arrived and gave us all sorts of useful information and hints about the neighbourhood of Campanella3 and Rome in general, which we did not expect to be part of the service. His tips for some of the attractions saved a lot of time and his restaurant suggestions were spot on. Aside from the charm of the owners the place is super cute and very conveniently located.
